 Problems when trying to add a new address using ADDRESS MANAGEMENT
Article The ADDRESS MANAGEMENT tool on CASA is a simple way to request for new addresses to be added to the Landmark Database electronically.

New addresses are usually added without a problem and in 24 hours after the initial request.

There are a number of reasons why the address adding procedure will generate an error.

If you are trying to add an Scottish Address, the request is likely to fail because Landmark does not support this feature for Scottish addresses at the moment. Landmark will eventually support Scotland and the system will be rolled out for all scottish addresses. In the meantime please contact us for more information on what to do.
