Should you need to make amendments to an already lodged certificate, you would first to request a CASE Cancellation from CIBSE Certification:
Request a case cancellation by clicking here:
http://www.cibsecertification.org/support/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit
Select Case Cancellation and click on Next
Input your FULL LCEA Registered Name and your LCEA Registered Email Address (Note: If your details differ to those held on the LCEA Register, you will experience delays)
Input the required details and accept the terms and conditions
Click on submit
Your should expect your case to be cancelled in 24 hours
Upon confirmation of your cancellation, go back to CASA, create a new case and follow the regular lodgment procedure.
IMPORTANT: Remember to change the Date of Assessment or Nominated Date on your Software - Failure to do this, your lodgment will be DECLINED and your account will be debited.
