	How do I get a URPN Number?

Article In order to obtain a Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) for your DEC or EPC you will have to follow these steps:

1 - Login into CASA http://www.cibsecertification.co.uk/casa with your LCEA (Low Carbon energy Assessor Number) and your CIBSE Password
2 - Click on the CASES tab and navigate to the bottom of the page to ADD A NEW CASE
3 - Name your CASE, select the property type and the certificate type and click on APPLY
4 - Input the property postcode, select the postcode option and click on get property
5 - Select the property from the Drop-down menu and click on USE PROPERTY
6 - The page will refresh, and the UPRN Number will appear at the top of the property details list including full address and postcode.
